Joining TXM Consult in 2020, Luke Stevenson takes the lead for all our commercial, contract management, company governance and business management. Luke works internally within and across all geographies for TXM Consult, connecting with our finance and legal teams as well as our clients.

Across the course of his career, Luke has specialised in rail and worked across a variety of different disciplines and rail projects in the UK and Australia.

With a background in project management, Luke has led and delivered a broad portfolio of rolling stock projects in areas such as maintenance, material supply, product introduction, and modification, for clients including Angel, Bombardier, SWR and First Group. He is hugely experienced in complex rail projects, tenders, and supply chain packages.
